Creme Fraiche Bread and Butter Pudding
- 50 Gram butter
- 7-8 Piece white bread
- 1/2 Cup blackberry jam
- 250 Gram creme fraiche
- 5 egg
- 1/2 Cup castor sugar
- 1-2 Teaspoon orange zest
- 2 1/2 Cup milk
- 1/4 Cup blackberry jam
- 3 Tablespoon orange juice
To test if custard is set, pierce the centre of the custard with a knife, if it comes out clean the custard is set.
