Chocolate Mug Cake

Quick and easy, goes well with ice-cream. Also great for the kids to make, they love being able to make it and then watch it rise in a time frame they can deal with!
- 4 Tablespoon flour
- 4 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 Tablespoon milk
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3 Tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)
- Splash vanilla essence
- Put flour, sugar, cocoa powder in a large coffee mug and mix
- add egg, mix well
- add milk, olive oil, mix well
- (add chocolate chips if desired)
- add vanilla essence, mix
- microwave for 3 minutes - the cake will rise over the top of the mug, don't be alarmed!
- Or be alarmed as we were and make it in a 2cup arcoroc measuring jug :)
