- 1 Tablespoon yeast
- 1 Teaspoon castor sugar
- 1 Teaspoon plain flour
- 1 1/2 Cup milk
- 2 Cup sultanas
- 1 Teaspoon lemon rind
- 1 Teaspoon ground cinamon
- 1 egg
- 4 Cup plain flour
- 125 Gram butter
- 2/3 Cup brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoon castor sugar
- 1 Cup icing sugar
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- pink food colouring
