Pavlova - No flop
- 4 egg white
- 1 Pinch salt
- 2 Cup castor sugar
- 1 Teaspoon cornflour
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/4 Teaspoon malt vinegar
- 3 Tablespoon cold water
- Preheat oven to 150°C. Beat jumbo egg whites until stiff.
- Add sugar GRADUALLY and continue beating.
- Slow beater and add vinegar, vanilla essence, cornflour and salt.
- Add water and beat again til thick and creamy.
- Put baking paper on baking tray and gently put pav mixture into centre of paper being careful not to squish, form into a rough circle.
- Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes, then turn oven off and leave until cold.
- Top with whipped cream and your favourite fruit.
