Sorbet
- 250 Gram canned fruit
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup boiling water
- 6 egg white
- Make sure fruit is stoned/peeled/ready for munching. Put in food processor.
- Add juices from can. Dissolve sugar in boiling water, add.
- Munch till smooth.
- Freeze until mushy. (This will take 3-4 hours)
- Re-munch, then re-freeze.
- Clean food processor and add 6 egg whites. Process until foamy.
- Add frozen fruit mush and breifly PULSE processor till it's mixed through, then freeze.
