Pavlova
- 3 egg white
- 3 Tablespoon cold water
- 1 Cup castor sugar
- 1 Teaspoon malt vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 Teaspoon cornflour
- Preheat oven to 150°C
- Beat 3 egg whites until very stiff.
- Add 3 tablespoons of cold water
- Add 1 cup caster sugar very slowely while beating
- Slow beater and add 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 3 teaspoons cornflour.
- Draw a 22cm circle on baking paper
- Spread the stuff out to within 2cm of the border, make it nice and flat
- Bake for 45 mins, then let cool in oven.
- Can be kept in cool airtight place for a few days before creamed.
