Feijoa loaf

- 1 Cup feijoa
(Peeled & sliced)
- 1 Cup Water
(Boiling )
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 2 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 50 Gram butter
- 1 Egg
(Beaten)
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line loaf tin.
- Place feijoas, sugar, butter and water in saucepan. Bring to boil. Gently cook for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Carefully stir in dry ingredients and egg to wet. Mix until just combined.
- Por into loaf pan and cook for 50 minutes, until loaf feels firm and a skewer comes out clean.
