Naan bread
- 50 Mililitre Water
(Room temp)
- 1 Teaspoon yeast
- 1/2 Cup natural yoghurt
- 300 Gram high grade flour
- 1 Teaspoon ground tumeric
- 2 Teaspoon cumin seed
- 5 Gram salt
- Add room temperature water to large jug, add yeast let sit. Add yoghurt. Stir.
- Add flour, tumeric, cumin, salt, stir to combine. Then lightly knead into a ball.
- Cover, let rest to rise, approx 20 minutes.
- Form small portions. Dry toast in pan. Then put on rack in heated oven to finish cooking through.
