Chickpea curry

Extremely quick and easy two person curry.
Reaaly nice with naan to sop it up.
- 1/2 red onion
(Chopped)
- 2 garlic clove
(Chopped)
- 1 Ginger
(Chopped (thumb-sized))
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder
- 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 Teaspoon paprika
- 1 Can chickpeas
(Drained )
- 1 Can canned tomatoes
- 165 Mililitre coconut cream
- 1/2 lime
(Zest and juice)
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
(Chopped )
- salt
- black pepper
- chilli flakes
(Optional )
- Heat pan, add oil. Then add onion, garlic and ginger til coloured. Add spices and fry for about 1 minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook a few minutes more.
