Coconut Chia Iceblocks
- 1 Cup coconut cream
- 3 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- blackberry jam
- nutella
- frozen raspberries
- combine coconut cream, chia seeds and honey and rest for around an hour
- add to ice block moulds with dabs of blackberry jam as you fill each mould
- freeze until set
- remove from mould and spread with nutella and sprinkle with crumbled frozen raspberries
- wrap in plastic food wrap and return to freezer for at least a few minutes
