Crème brûlée
- Preparation Time10 minutes
- Cooking Time 1 hour + 3 hours cooling
- 4 egg yolk
- 1 Cup cream
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/6 Cup sugar
- mix egg yolk and sugar
- add cream and vanilla essence then strain into ramekins
- bake 150 in ramekins in dish in water for 50-60mins
- let cool in water
- put in fridge for 2hrs to 2 days
- sprinkle sugar on top, use gas torch to caramelize
- chill for a couple of mins, serve
