Lemon Icing
- 2 Cup icing sugar
- 1 Teaspoon butter
(softened)
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
(approx)
- 1 Teaspoon lemon rind
- 1 Drop yellow food colouring
- Sift icing sugar into a bowl. Add butter. Add sufficient lemon juice to mix to a spreadable consistency. Flavour with lemon rind.
- Add a few drops of yellow food colouring if you wish.
