Tomato & Herb Bread
- 250 Mililitre cold water
- 3 Tablespoon oil
- 1 Tablespoon natural yoghurt
- 2 Teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoon sugar
- 4 Cup high grade flour
- 2 Teaspoon yeast
- 1/3 Cup basil
- 1/2 Cup cherry tomatoe
- Starting with the left column working down, add ingredients in order to loaf tin until yeast is added. Before putting in the yeast make a small hollow in flour then put yeast in hollow.
- Set your machine to 'basic' recipe and select preferred crust type. Start machine.
- When bread maker beeps add the tomatoes and basil.
