Fluffy Omelette
- 2 egg
- cheese
- milk
- onion
- stock powder
- salt
- pepper
- herbs
- Be careful not to bang things as this will loose it's fluff.
- Separate yolks and whites of two eggs
- Beat whites until they form peaks
- Mix omelet type stuff in with yolk (e.g. grated cheese, a little milk, herbs, finely chopped onion, chopped ham/bacon/meat, maybe some stock powder, salt and pepper)
- gently fold together
- put in hot small covered pan with a little oil
- when you think the underside is cooked, grill the top side in the oven
- add some grated cheese / tomato / capsicums on top and re-grill
- slide gently from pan to plate
