Roast Chuffed Veges
- potato
- olive oil
- rosemary
- garlic clove
- Peel potatoes and boil in pot for 8-10 minutes
- Drain
- Return to pot and shake to "chuff"
- Add olive oil to oven tray and heat in oven til hot
- Add veges to hot oil in pan
- Flavour with rosemary etc
- Turn once or twice
- Cook for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours at about 200 degrees celsius
