Sourdough Pancakes

Fluffy, soft, delicious, simple, awesome.
- 1 Cup sourdough starter
(warm and fed at least 8 hours ago)
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Table olive oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
- 2 Teaspoon warm water
- mix sourdough starter, sugar, egg, olive oil and salt in a bowl, then let rest while you do everything else
- mix baking soda and warm water together, keep separate
- heat up pan
- add baking soda and warm water mixture into batter and fold through without beating
- let it foam for a minute or two
