Focaccia (Bread maker)
- 300 Mililitre water
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 Teaspoon sugar
- 3 Cup high grade flour
- 2 Teaspoon yeast
- black olive
(chopped)
- rock salt
- olive oil
- put water, olive oil, salt, sugar, high grade flour, yeast in bread maker and set to 'dough'.
- spray rectangle tin with oil, push dough in firmly, spray and cover with gradwrap. leave in warm place for 30 mins
- sprinkle with black olive, rock salt, oil and bake at 240 degrees for 20 minutes
