Bacon and egg pie
- 2 flaky pastry sheet
- 1 onion
- 1 Cup bacon
- 1/2 Cup mixed vegetables
- 2 Tablespoon chutney
- 6 egg
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- line dish with pastry. put in onion bacon veges
- break eggs on top, prick yolk with knife. sprinkle with salt pepper and dabs of chutney
- top with pastry and brush with egg, poke some holes in
- bake for 40mins at 180C
