- 1/2 Cup red wine
- 1 Teaspoon ginger
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon beef stock
- 2 Teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoon cornflour
- 1/4 Cup water
