Pad Thai

Uncomplicated version of fried noodles Thai style.
Nice crisp/fresh taste.
- 3 Tablespoon oil
- 4-6 garlic clove
(smashed and chopped)
- 3 Teaspoon sugar
- 1 Teaspoon fish sauce
- 50 Gram prawns
- 100 gram tofu
- 2 Tablespoon roasted peanuts
(smashed to bits)
- 1 Tablespoon dried prawn powder
- 1.5 Teaspoon dried chilli flakes
- 2 spring onion
(finely chopped)
- Handful coriander
(finely chopped)
- 1 lime
(cut into wedges)
