Raita
- 1 Tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 Cup natural yoghurt
- 1 Teaspoon minced red chilli
- 2 Tablespoon mint
- 1/2 Cup cucumber
- toast cumin seads in a dry frying pan until fragrant, then cool
- Chop mint leaves. Grate cucumber. Then stir into yoghurt, chilli, mint, & cucumber (add corriander if desired)
