- 1 1/2 Teaspoon gelatine

- 2 lemon
- 250 Gram ricotta
- 1/4 Cup castor sugar
- 250 Gram sour cream
- 2 egg
- 300 Gram dried fruit
- 30 Mililitre Cointreau
- 1/4 Cup apple juice
- orange zest
I didn't think much of this torte, was ok if served with the fruit compote.
