Aloo Gobi

- 1 red onion
(Finely diced)
- 5 garlic clove
(Finely diced)
- 1 Green chilli
(Diced)
- 2 Tomato
(Diced)
- 3 potato
(Diced)
- 1/2 cauliflower
(Cut into florets)
- 1/2 bunch coriander
(Roughly chopped)
- 3 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 Teaspoon tumeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 Teaspoon garam masala
- 1 Teaspoon Ground coriander
- Salt
(To yaste)
- 1. Start by heating the oil in a large pan or wok.
- 2. Once the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds and cook for 2 minutes.
- 3. Next, add the onion, garlic and chilli and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Add the rest of the spices and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the tomato and stir well.
- 6. Add the potato, mix well and add 200ml of water.
- 7. After 5 minutes, add the cauliflower and stir well.
- 8. Stir this every 2-3 minutes and cook until the potato is soft but not falling apart. If it gets too dry, don't be afraid to add small amounts of water to the pan.
- 9. Serve with roti and enjoy!
