Slow roast fillet of beef

- 1.6 KiloGram Fillet of beef
- 1/4 Cup wholegrain mustard
- Preheat the oven to 100C.
- Spread the fillet with a thick layer or mustard and place in a shallow roasting dish or deep-sided oven tray.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 2 hours. Remove and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving. The beef can be set aside, covered, and served when ready.
