Overnight oats
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 banana
(sliced)
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Teaspoon chia seeds
- pinch cinnamon
- walnuts
- Combine quick oats, milk, banana, blueberries, honey, chia seeds, cinnamon in a jar, shake to combine
- Put in fridge overnight
- Top with walnuts and eat
