Rice bubble slice

- 2 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoon honey (runny)
- 75 Gram butter
- 3 Cup rice bubbles
- put brown sugar, honey (runny) and butter in a pot on medium heat
- stir and bring to boil, mixture will start to froth up, keep going until the mixture starts to go slightly brown (should be about 4 minutes total from cold to this point)
- chuck in rice bubbles, mix through then pour into oiled tin
- cool in fridge
