Rice bubble slice

mmm...
  1. put brown sugar, honey (runny) and butter in a pot on medium heat
  2. stir and bring to boil, mixture will start to froth up, keep going until the mixture starts to go slightly brown (should be about 4 minutes total from cold to this point)
  3. chuck in rice bubbles, mix through then pour into oiled tin
  4. cool in fridge
