Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 Slice ham
- 2 Slice cheese
- breadcrumbs
- pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon cornflour
- Preheat oven to 180C (Fan bake)
- Mix Egg & Cornflour in a bowl until all cornflour dissolved.
- Combine other coating mix onto a plate.
- Slice chicken breast almost in half, insert ham & cheese. Optionally pin together with tooth-picks.
- Dip well in egg mixture (both sides) and transfer to crumbing plate, getting both sides well covered in crumbs.
- Put on oven tray, bake @ 180C for 35ish mins.
