Epic Pizza
- 1 Tablespoon yeast
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 Cup plain flour
- 1 Cup warm water
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- mix and then knead for 5 minutes (till smooth)
- spray bowl with oil, put in dough, cover with gladwrap and leave to rise in a warm place for half an hour
- tip out, punch/kneed a few times then roll out
This makes a fairly thick 'bready' base
