Sausages & Risoni
- 8 beef sausage
- 1 Packet beef broth soup
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 green capsicum
- 1/2 yellow capsicum
- 1 Can savoury tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup white wine
- 1/4 Cup water
- pepper
- 1/3 Cup risoni pasta
- Heat 1 TB oil in large saucepan. Chop onion, carrot and capsicums.
- Brown sausages then add onion and cook till transparent. Add carrots and cook further for a few minutes
- Add capsicums, canned tomatoes, wine, water, packet of beef broth soup and pepper to taste. Cook for approx 15-20 minutes.
- Add risoni pasta and cook further at the simmer for 20 minutes.
