Meatloaf

• 500 Gram beef mince
• 1/2 Teaspoon hot mustard
• 1 egg
• 1 onion
• 1 Pottle cottage cheese
• 1/4 Cup tomato sauce
• breadcrumbs
• 1 carrot  (grated)

1. Mix. Press into loaf tin.
2. Bake 180°C 45-60mins
3. Top with cheese and grill till browned.
